From roast to doorstep in under 48 hours

Every Monday morning we cup the week's incoming lots and select the beans that meet our density and moisture targets. Anything that falls short goes back to the importer for re-grading rather than blending it away.

Roasting happens in small batches of twelve kilograms on a refurbished Probat. Each origin has its own profile curve logged and versioned so we can reproduce a result or deliberately push it further next time.

Orders placed before noon ship the same day in compostable pouches with a one-way valve. We print the roast date, origin lot number, and a suggested brew ratio on every label.

Subscription customers lock in a fixed price for twelve months regardless of market swings. We absorb the commodity risk because predictable revenue lets us plan purchases further ahead and secure better lots.
